For the correct installation of any window operator it's compulsory to add high consistence lubricant grease. Warranty could be cancelled by not doing so. 

Veramauto recoomends to use solid hight stability grease with consistence and high lubricant power.l

On the opposite side, we do not recommend to use multi-purposes spray greases, specially those of lime base because its high adherence capacitiy has as result a rise of effort for plastic parts, specially in staples and wire entry. This could invalidated the product warranty if there's a bad use.
