ORDERS AND SHIPPING
You can receive your order anywhere in Spain except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.).
The country of delivery must always match the country of purchase.
The description of each product will always take precedence over the image or images displayed, which provide guidance on the final characteristics described for the product.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you live on the peninsula, the delivery time is 24/48 hours or 48/72 hours (depending on the type of shipping chosen and on working days), unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first working day after the day the order was placed. For destinations such as the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is approximately 3 days.
As a general rule, the agencies will proceed to return the order if it has remained at their facilities for at least 5 days and they have made 3 delivery attempts without being able to contact the recipient, with the additional cost determined by the transport agency.

What is the home delivery process?
We will send you a confirmation email when your order is about to leave the warehouse.
As a general rule, the delivery period will begin when the order is formalized, provided that this is done before 5:00 p.m., or the following day if it is after that time. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will not be taken into account.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each one individually.
If you choose the “secure card payment” option. The delivery period will begin to be counted from the delivery of the package to the corresponding transport agency and under the same terms and conditions mentioned above.
If, on the other hand, you choose the “bank transfer” payment option, the shipment will not be made until the payment has been credited to one of our bank accounts, therefore this payment method may take longer. The delivery period will begin to be counted from the receipt of the amount in one of our bank accounts and under the same terms and conditions mentioned above, i.e., until the bank deposit is received, the delivery period will not begin to be counted. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will not be taken into account.
For orders placed by bank transfer, the items will be reserved for a maximum of 24 hours. If payment confirmation has not been received within this period, the items will be immediately released.
RETURN POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of LAW 3/2014 of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. As the buyer, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In cases where the buyer returns an item/order, you, the buyer, must bear the cost of transporting the return to our facilities. The material must be sent with prior notice to our company, Veramauto Recambios y Accesorios S. L., and must be returned following these instructions:
- The product must be sent complete, in its original box, together with any accessories it may have.
- It must be properly packed in a box or neutral packaging and properly protected with some type of plastic covering.
- Do not put stickers, seals, or addresses directly on the original product packaging.
- Include a copy of the purchase invoice with the product(s) to be returned.
- Send your return via your preferred shipping agency or courier service, with shipping costs paid.
- Once assembled, parts cannot be returned. In this case, they will be treated as a warranty claim, which is covered in another annex.
We will not accept returns of any product that arrives at our facilities broken, having been assembled in the vehicle, modified, tampered with, damaged, not in its original packaging, or with damaged packaging.
In addition, for returns, we reserve the right to charge 10% for handling as well as the costs of reconditioning (+ 10% additional).
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account (using the same payment method you used to pay) within a few days. Remember that the credit card refund always depends on your bank. If you paid by bank transfer, you must indicate on the return form the account number where you want the refund to be made (remember to include the IBAN).
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Veramauto Recambios y Accesorios S.L. reserves the right to refuse returns notified or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
If the item is defective, both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for a new product will be borne by VERAMAUTO RECAMBIOS Y ACCESORIOS S.L.
What to do if the package arrives damaged or broken?
The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to check that everything that should be included in the products is included. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims for damage or faults with the shipment will be accepted.
If the package has arrived broken or damaged due to transport, VERAMAUTO RECAMBIOS Y ACCESORIOS S.L. must be informed immediately, within less than 8 hours of receipt, in order to initiate the relevant procedures with the transport agency.
Photographs of both the damaged material and the packaging of the part, as well as its identification labels, must be sent to our email address veramauto@hotmail.com or to our WhatsApp number 619800155 in order to proceed with the claim for damages.
It is not considered a defect in the part if there has been a mistake on the part of the customer when placing the order.

In this case, both the return shipping costs for the product and the shipping costs for another requested product will be borne by the customer.
Warranties
The products will be covered by a warranty under the terms specified in each case, except where otherwise specified due to their condition or because they are subject to mandatory handling for installation or assembly.
In order to benefit from the warranty, you must keep the purchase invoice for the Product.
It will be necessary to notify Veramauto in advance of the reason for the warranty and to provide proof by means of a duly completed document in order to initiate the processing of any warranty. Where applicable, a valid invoice for assembly by qualified personnel or a workshop will also be requested.
The warranties do not cover:
· The replacement of consumables (light bulbs, wipers, filters, fuses, specific and universal catalysts, flexible mesh tubes, etc., as these are items that require handling)
· Abnormal use or use of the products outside the recommended uses
· Defects and their consequences linked to use that does not comply with the intended use of the product (modifications, competition, etc.)
· Defects and their consequences linked to any external cause.
· Any work (labor) that may be required for assembly, repair, replacement, etc.
No warranty or return will be accepted for components that are susceptible to damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD) or improper handling by the customer. Example: Push buttons / Switches / Light controls, etc.
All electrical components or items (door locks, window/light/mirror controls, etc.) are exempt from return.
These products are not covered by warranty, as they are susceptible to damage when installed due to malfunction of the vehicle's electrical system and/or other electrical components of the vehicle, because they are not compatible with the vehicle in question, etc.
All electric windows (WITH electric motor) will have a 1-year warranty, except for those that do NOT have an electric motor, which will have a 6-month warranty.
A fault in the installation or a part with a different original reference to the one that the vehicle should have may cause the electronic equipment to malfunction.
IMPORTANT:
Certain parts or components of poly-V belt tensioners (rollers, shock absorbers, silent blocks, etc.) as well as suspension arms (ball joints, silent blocks, etc.) may be affected by exposure to fuels, oils, or other fluids.
Exposure to these substances should be avoided, as otherwise they will cause deterioration due to abnormal wear or looseness.
Evidence of contact between these types of components and fluids will invalidate any warranty claim.
