Warranty:

Electric window regulators, being components subject to wear and tear, are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, except for window regulators WITHOUT electric motors, which are covered for 6 months.

This warranty does not cover the breakage of any plastic parts of a window regulator, such as clips, rollers, springs, or other plastic parts.

For the correct installation of any window regulator, it is essential to add high-consistency lubricating grease. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.

On the contrary, we recommend avoiding the use of multi-purpose spray lubricants, especially calcium-based ones, as their high adhesion capacity results in increased stress on plastic parts, particularly on staples and cable entry points in the containment sleeve, which may invalidate the product warranty due to misuse.
