Power window regulators, being a component subject to wear, will have a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, except for windows WITHOUT an electric motor, which will have a 6-month warranty.

Breakage of any plastic part of a window regulator, such as clips, rollers, springs, or other plastic parts, will not be covered by this warranty.

For proper installation of any window regulator, it is essential to use high-consistency lubricating grease. Otherwise, the warranty may be voided.

On the other hand, we recommend avoiding the use of multipurpose spray greases, especially calcium-based ones, since their high adhesive capacity results in increased stress on the plastic parts, especially on the clamps and cable entry into the container sleeve, and can void the product warranty due to misuse.
