The Electric Windows, being a component subject to wear, will have a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, with the exception of window regulators WITHOUT electric motor, which will have a 6-month warranty.

The breakage of any plastic part of a window regulator, such as clips, rollers, springs, or other plastic parts, will not be covered by this warranty.

For the correct installation of any window regulator, it is essential to add high-consistency lubricating grease. Otherwise, the warranty may be void.

On the other hand, we recommend avoiding the use of multipurpose spray greases, especially those with a calcium base, since their high adhesive capacity results in increased stress on the plastic parts, especially on staples and cable entry into the container sleeve, which can invalidate the product warranty due to misuse.
