The Electric Windows, being a component subject to wear, will have a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, except for the Windows WITHOUT electric motor which will have 6 months.

The breakage of any plastic part of a window such as staples, rollers, springs or other plastic parts will not be covered by this warranty.

For the correct installation of any window regulator, it is essential to add high-consistency lubricating grease. Otherwise the warranty may be invalidated.

On the contrary, we recommend avoiding the use of multipurpose spray greases, especially those with a calcium base, since their high adhesion capacity results in an increase in the stress on the plastic parts, especially on staples and cable entry into the containment sleeve, invalidating the product warranty due to misuse.
