Electrical System

Electric Window Lifters, being a component subject to wear and tear, shall be guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defect from the date of purchase, with the exception of Window Lifters WITHOUT electric motor which shall be guaranteed for 6 months.

Breakage of any plastic part of a window regulator such as clamps, rollers, springs or other plastic parts will not be covered by this guarantee.

For the correct installation of any window regulator it is essential to add high consistency lubricating grease. Otherwise the warranty may be invalidated.

On the other hand, we recommend avoiding the use of multipurpose spray greases, especially those with a calcium base, as their high adhesion capacity results in increased stress on the plastic parts, especially on staples and the cable entry into the containing jacket, and may invalidate the product's warranty due to misuse.
